Verona Woven Throw & Picnic Rug

Deep wine red meets a warm natural oatmeal background in a striking two-tone palette, framed by a decorative geometric border. The interlaced yarns give the lighter areas a softly flecked appearance, beautifully emphasising the texture of the weave.

Verona’s design is woven directly into the textile using interlaced coloured yarns - it isn’t printed onto the surface. This weaving process creates its textured finish and a beautifully contrasting colourway on the reverse.

Material
Woven from a blend of recycled polyester and recycled cotton. 

The polyester comes from post-consumer materials diverted from landfill, while the cotton comes from pre-consumer offcuts. By making use of existing materials, our rugs and cushion covers, help reduce the need for new fibres. Using recycled cotton also reduces the need to grow new cotton and the water required to cultivate it.

Finish

We recommend washing before first use. The fabric will become softer with washing and use.

Cold gentle machine wash or hand wash using a mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Warm iron if required. Do not bleach.

As with all woven textiles, please take a little extra care around keys, jewellery and other sharp or rough objects, as these may catch the weave and cause pulls. If a thread becomes snagged, avoid pulling it; carefully trim the loose thread close to the surface instead.
